1 Woord: Irjaa'. Het ontkennen van "kufr daden". "Zolang hij gelooft in zijn hart en het niet halaal maakt" is het zogenaamd kleine kufr.

Wat is er gebeurd met Imaan zit in het hart, op de tong en in de ledematen? Evenals dat kufr in het hart, op de tong of in de ledematen kan zijn?

Iemand die een daad van Shirk Akbar pleegt, is toch gewoon een mushrik? Iemand die een van de Namen of Eigenschappen van Allah swt aan zichzelf toeschrijft, in dit geval "De Wetgever", diegene die halaal en haraam bepaalt, is toch een mushrik/kafir die zichzelf als gelijke/rivaal opstelt naast Allah swt? Ondanks wat hij in zijn hart gelooft blijft hij een kafir?

Shaykh al Fawzaan zegt in andere gevallen dus wel dat Imaan en Kufr ook in daad kunnen zijn, en dat diegene die dit ontkennen de murji'a zijn, en hij heeft ze nog gedetailleerd beschreven en ingedeeld, kijk maar in de topic van manhadjsalaf2015, maar hier ontkent hij dan dus de Kufr Akbar daad, en stelt de voorwaarde dat "hij moet geloven dat het toegestaan is".

Wat ik eerlijk gezegd denk is dat ze gedwongen worden een murji'a standpunt/positie in te nemen als het over de heersers gaat, omdat ze anders in de kerkers worden gedumpt zoals honderden andere grote geleerden, en dan doe ik nog mijn best om het goed te praten voor ze en enig respect te behouden.

Uit het eerste clipje van Uthaymeen:
"and whether a ruler is a disbeliever or not a disbeliever, and whether it is permissible for us to rebel against him or not, the youth must occupy themselves with worship that Allah has made binding upon them, or has made recommended to them"

Maar:

AbdulRazzaq and Imam Ahmad both narrated on the authority of Ibn Masood that the messenger (saw) said to him:

“What will you do O Abu AbdulRahman (Ibn Massood) if you had rulers who abolished the sunnah and delayed the prayer from its time?”. Ibn Masoood said: What do you order me o messenger of Allah?. The messenger said: “Ibn Umm Abd (Ibn Masood) is asking me what will he do!!!There is no obedience to the creature by disobeying the creator”.

"Inderdaad, wat voor vroomheid is er in een persoon die getuige is van Allah's heiligheden die worden geschonden, Allah's religie die wordt verlaten, de Soennah van Zijn Boodschapper die wordt gemeden, en toch nog steeds met een koud hart en een gesloten mond blijft? Zo'n persoon is als een domme Shaytan!"

Al-Nawawi rahimahullah zegt:

“Al-Qaadhi (Iyaadh) heeft gezegd: “Als van hem openlijke kufr wordt gezien, of als hij de shariah veranderd of innoveert, dan vervalt gehoorzaamheid aan hem en het wordt wajib op elke moslim om tegen hem in opstand te komen en hem met een oprechte leider te vervangen als zij daartoe in staat zijn“.

"Een geleerde die verlaat wat hij heeft geleerd van de Qor'an en de Soennah, en die een heerser volgt die niet regeert in overeenstemming met de leer van Allah en Zijn Boodschapper, is een afvallige en een ongelovige die straf verdient in deze wereld en in het hiernamaals."

Ibn Battal rahimahullah zegt:

“Als een sultaan (heerser) duidelijke kufr toont (kufr al-sareeh), dan is het niet meer verplicht om hem te gehoorzamen, integendeel, het wordt wajib op degenen die de mogelijkheden hebben om tegen hem in opstand te komen!”
{”Fath al-Baari”, 13/7}.

Jaabir Ibn ‘Abdillaah said that Allaah’s Messenger (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said to Ka’b Ibn ‘Ujrah,

“O Ka’b Ibn ‘Ujrah, I seek Allaah’s protection for you from the leadership of fools. There shall be rulers, whoever enters upon them, then aids them in their oppression and validates their lies, then he is not from me nor I from him, and he shall not be admitted to the Hawd. Whoever does not enter upon them, and does not aid them in their oppression, nor validates their lies, then he is from me and I from him, and he shall be admitted to the Hawd.”
