Persoonlijk vind ik parket mooi maar niet echt makkelijk in onderhoud. Heb je vloerverwarming ? Dan zou ik tegels kiezen gezien ze makkelijk te onderhouden zijn.
Pvc laminaat is nu in, makkelijk schoon te maken en kan tegen vocht.

We krijgen binnenkort een sociaal verhuur duplex appartement, denk ni dat het vloerverwarming is. En tegel vind ik wat koud. Als parket lastig te onderhouden is zou ik wel voor laminaat willen gaan of vinyl (laminaat stijl) voor woonkamer en slaapkamer, keuken en badkamer zou ik wel van tegels willen.
