Verily, Allāh ta’āla does not love those who fight for secularism, democracy, socialism, liberalism or other similar causes. Rather He loves those who fight for the Deen of Islām

All praise is to Allāh and may the salāmand salāh be upon our chosen Prophet, his household, his Sahābah, whomsoever takes his Sunnah as guidance. Allāh ta’āla says;

{Verily, Allāh loves those who fight in His Cause in rows (ranks) as if they were a solid structure} 61:4

So whom are the ones that are beloved by Allāh ta’āla? Verily, Allāh ta’āla does not love those who fight for secularism, democracy, socialism, liberalism or other similar causes. Rather He loves those who fight for the Deen of Islām. Like He says;

{Verily, Allāh loves those who fight…}

Fight for the sake of what?

{…in His Cause in rows (ranks) as if they were a solid structure}

So those who fight for His Cause, for Him alone and to raise His Banner subhānahu wa ta’āla.

Then those who fight for His Cause are in categories, those who reached completion are those who fight in ranks like they were a solid structure. As for some of them, unfortunately, they fight as scattered individual groups, one slanders the other, so those are not of those who fight in ranks as Allāh ta’āla says;

{…in His Cause in rows (rows) as if they were a solid structure}

And the beloved sall Allāhu ‘alayhi wa sallam said, as in Sahīh Bukhārī and Muslim, “The relationship between a believer with another believer is like a building, each strengthens the other.”

He sall Allāhu’alayhi wa sallam illustrated this by interlacing the fingers of both his hands. So this is a sensual likening, for the moral of the issue, for the people to ponder about whom Allāh subhānahu wa ta’āla loves. It is those who hold on to each other like the solid structure.

And it is Allāh ta’āla who knows best and may the salām and salāh be upon the one who was sent with the sword and not the pen.
