probeer het in veilige modus.
computer opnieuw starten en dan steeds op F8 drukken daarna druk je op veilige modus met netwerkmogelijkheden
kies voor administrator en scan je pc.
F8 is bij mij Boot menu, wat moet ik dan kiezen

na het installeren kun je een gratis account aanmaken op de site van a-squared met behulp van username en wachtwoord (deze worden naar je email gestuurd)
het programma kunt activeren
stap 4
na activatie het programma updaten en vervolgens pc rebooten in veilige modulus
(voor opstaren in veiulige modulus zie uitleg ze3ma)
stap 5
in de veilige modules
hele pc scannen (dit kan enige tijd duren)
stap 6
na het scannen krijg je een overzicht van gevonden malware, verwijder deze
stap 7
start je pc opnieuw op en neem wat te drinken ondertussen
stap 8
scan nogmals om te zien of je pc malware vrij is
