"How does al-Kufr al-Akbar (Major Disbelief) or ar-Riddah (Apostasy) occur? Is it specific to al-I’tiqaad (Belief) and al-Juhood (denial) and at-Takdheeb (refusal to accept) or is it more general than that?"
