واعلم رحمك الله أن الدين إنما جاء من قبل الله تبارك وتعالى لم يوضع على عقول الرجال وآرائهم وعلمه عند الله وعند رسوله فلا تتبع شيئا بهواك فتمرق من الدين فتخرج من الإسلام فإنه لا حجة لك فقد بين رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم لأمته السنة وأوضحها لأصحابه وهم الجماعة وهم السواد الأعظم والسواد الأعظم الحق وأهله , فمن خالف أصحاب رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم في شيء من أمر الدين فقد كفر

May Allah have mercy upon you. Know that the religion is what came from Allah, the Blessed and Most High. It is not something left to the opinions of men. Knowledge of it is what comes from Allah and His messenger , so do not follow anything based upon your desires and so deviate away from the Religion and leave Islaam. There will be no excuse for you since Allah's Messenger explaned the sunnah to his Ummah and made it clear to his Companions and they are the jama3ah, and they are the main body (As-Sawaadul a3dham). And the main body is the truth and its followers. So he who contradicts the Companions of Allah's Messenger in any of the affairs of the religion then he has fallen into disbelief.[1]

Allah the Most High did not only warn against opposing His Messenger but also warned against the following of any way other than that of the first believers: the Companions Radiya Allahu 3anhum, amongst whom the quran was sent down and who learned direclty from the Messenger . Allah the Most High says:




[SIZE=3]If anyone contends with the Messenger even after guidance has been plainly conveyed to him and follows a path other than that of the Believers (i.e. the Companions), We shall leave him in the path he has chosen and land him in Hell. What an evil refuge. [4:115]


So he who totally abandons their way and instead follows the way of the devils, like the extreme raafidess, baatinees and the extreme soofees, who worshipp others besides Allah, then he has left the religion

واعلم أن الناس لم يبتدعوا بدعة قط حتى تركوا من السنة مثلها فاحذر المحدثات من الأمور فإن كل محدثة بدعة وكل بدعة ضلالة والضلالة وأهلها في النار

And know that people never introduce an innovation untill they abandon its like from the sunnah.
So beware of newly invented matters, since every newly invented matter is an innovation and every innovation is misguidance and misguidance and its people are in the fire.

واعلم رحمك الله أنه ليس في السنة قياس ولا تضرب لها الأمثال ولا تتبع فيها الأهواء بل هو التصديق بآثار رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم بلا كيف ولا شرح ولا يقال لم ولا كيف فالكلام والخصومة والجدال والمراء محدث يقدح الشك في القلب وإن أصاب صاحبه الحق والسنة

May Allah have mercy upon you! Know that the sunnah is not a matter for analogied or reasoning with examples and desires are not to be followed in it. rather is it a case of affirming the narrations from Allah's Messenger (saw), without asking how, explanining or saying: 'Why? or 'How?
Debating, arguing and disputing are innovations witch throw doubt into the heart, even if a person reaches the truth and the Sunnah.

واعلم - رحمك الله - أنه لا يتم إسلام عبد حتى يكون متبعا مصدقا مسلما فمن
زعم أنه قد بقي شيء من أمر الإسلام لم يكفوناه أصحاب رسول الله صلى الله
عليه وسلم فقد كذبهم وكفى بهذا فرقة وطعنا عليهم فهو مبتدع ضال مضل محدث
في الإسلام ما ليس منه




May Allah have mercy upun you! Know that a servant's Islaam is not complete until he follows, attests to and submits to (the truth). So anyone who claims that there remains anything from Islaam not sufficiently explained by the Companions of Allah's Messenger (saw), has falsely accused them, has split from them and spoken ill of them. He is an innovator, astray and leading others astray, introducing into Islaam that wich is not from it.

ولا يقول في صفات الرب
تعالى : لم ؟ إلا شاك في الله تبارك وتعالى ، والقرآن كلام الله وتنزيله ونوره
وليس مخلوقا لأن القرآن من الله وما كان من الله فليس بمخلوق ، وهكذا قال مالك
بن أنس وأحمد بن حنبل والفقهاء قبلهما وبعدهما ، والمراء فيه كفر


No one says about the attributes of the Lord, the Most High, “Why?” except one who doubts about Allah, the Blessed and Most High. The Quran is the speech of Allah, His Revelation and Light. It is not created, since the Quran is from Allah and that wich is from Allah is not created. This was what Imam Maalik ibn Anas, Imaam Ahmad ibn Hanbal and the scholars before and after them said and debating about it is disbelief.

والإيمان بأن الإيمان قول وعمل ونية يزيد وينقص يزيد ما شاء الله وينقص حتى لا يبقى منه شيء


To have faith that faith (eman) comprises of sayings, actions and beliefs. It increases and decreases. It increases as Allah wills and may dicrease to the extent that nothing remains of it.

وأفضل هذه الأمة (والأمم كلها بعد الأنبياء صلوات الله عليهم أجمعين) أبو بكر ثم عمر ثم عثمان هكذا روي لنا عن ابن عمر قال كنا نقول ورسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم بين أظهرنا إن خير الناس بعد رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أبو بكر وعمر وعثمان ويسمع بذلك النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم فلا ينكره ثم أفضل الناس بعد هؤلاء علي وطلحة والزبير وسعد بن أبي وقاص وسعيد بن زيد وعبد الرحمن بن عوف وأبو عبيدة عامر بنالجراح وكلهم يصلح للخلافة ثم أفضل الناس بعد هؤلاء أصحاب رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم القرن الأول الذي بعث فيهم المهاجرون الأولون والأنصار وهم من صلى القبلتين ثم أفضل الناس بعد هؤلاء من صحب رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يوما أو شهرا أو سنة أو أقل من ذلك أو أكثر نترحم عليهم ونذكر فضلهم ونكف عن زللهم ولا نذكر أحدا منهم إلا بالخير لقول رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم إذا ذكر أصحابي فأمسكوا وقال سفيان بن عيينة من نطق في أصحاب رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم
بكلمة فهو صاحب هوى


The best of this Ummah after the passing away of its prophet is Abu Bakr then 3umar then 3uthmaam. This is what is reported to us from ibn 3umar who said, “We used to say whilst the Messenger of Allah was amongst us: The best of the people after the Messenger of Allah is Abu Bakr then 3umar then 3uthmaan. The prophet would hear of that and not critise it.”[Bukhaari][Ahmad]
Then the best of people after them are 3ali, Talhah, Az-Zoubayr, Sa3d ibn abi Waqqaas, Sa3eed ibn Zayd, 3abdur-Rahman ibn 3awf and Abu 3ubaida 3aamir ibn al-Jarraah. All of them were suitable to be khaleefah. Then the best of the people after them are (the rest of the) Companions of the Messenger of Allah , the first generation amongst whom he was sent, the first muhaajirin and an.saar, those who prayed towards both qiblahs then the best of people after them are those who accompanied the Messenger of Allah for a day, a month or a year or less or more than that. We ask Allah to have mercy upon them. We mention their vritues and remain silent about any mistakes they made and we do not speak about a single one of them except favourably as the Messenger of Allah said;”When my Companions are mentioned then withold.”[Saheeh by At-Tabaraani from Ibn Mas3ud]
Sufyaan ibn 3uyainah said,”He who speaks a single word against the Companions of Allah's Messenger then he is an innovator.
