Marotta believes that Juventus will need to make summer signings to become great again....
Juventus general manager Giuseppe Marotta has admitted that they need to sign four great players in the summer to establish themselves as a force in Italian and European football once again.
The Bianconeri are struggling once more in Serie A this season and are fighting for a top-six finish in the league.
Juve also failed to get past the group stage of the Europa League and there are talks of an overhaul in the summer, with coach Luigi Del Neri being let go.
Juventus are also likely to make acquisitions before next season and Marotta has now revealed that they could use a handful of new stars, telling La Gazzetta dello Sport, "Juventus need at least another four great players.
"Above all, people of experience who know how to better manage the most difficult situations."
Juventus let slip a two-goal lead to draw 2-2 with Cesena on Saturday evening in Serie A, and reflecting on that match Marotta told the club's official website, "We played well in midfield [against Cesena] and I know that this team can work well from now until the end of the season."
