A senior member of the Australian trade union movement has come under fire after he claimed that the terrorist attacks on Sept 11, 2001 were part of an American conspiracy.
In 2006 Mr Bracken told The Australian newspaper that the attacks were only effective because the American government was in some way involved

Kevin Bracken, who is the Victorian secretary of the Maritime Union of Australia and president of the Victorian Trades Hall Council, called in to talkback radio in Melbourne to say that "the official story doesn't stand up to scientific scrutiny".

His call was prompted by an ongoing debate in the Australian parliament over the war in Afghanistan.

Mr Bracken told ABC Radio 774 that Australia should instead hold an inquiry into the events of 9/11, claiming that elements of the former Bush administration, US military and security services were involved in the attacks and that the motive was related to a large insurance policy that had been taken out on the Twin Towers.

"There are so many unanswered questions," he said.

"The fact is that aviation fuel doesn't get hot enough to melt steel and no high rise steel frame building before or after September 11 has ever collapsed due to fire.

"I stick to scientific facts. In my mind the buildings were imploded."

Mr Bracken has expressed similar views in the past. In 2006 he told The Australian newspaper that the attacks were only effective because the American government was in some way involved.

Jon Faine, the radio programme's host, was so surprised by the call that he initially asked if it was a hoax, before telling Mr Bracken that the views were "so absurd and so ridiculous".

Mr Bracken went on to suggest that the men debate on "what really happened on 9/11", but Mr Faine said it would be like "having a debate on whether the earth was flat and said that it was "a nutter theory".

His reaction was echoed by Julia Gillard, the prime minister, who said that Mr Bracken's statements were "obviously stupid and wrong".

The opposition has since called on Ms Gillard, whose party has close links to the unions, to take disciplinary action against Mr Bracken.

Union leaders have distanced themselves from the controversial remarks, saying that they reflect the opinions of Mr Bracken alone.

9/11 Truth: As more evidence obliterating the Government's 'official' 9/11 fairy tale emerges, demands for investigation into the truth about what happened that day are growing. When do we review the post-9/11 mentality and face reality?
The public demand -- backed by former senior intelligence officials, former members of Congress and other government officials -- for a real investigation into the terrorist attacks of 9/11 is growing, and there is no sign of them going away any time soon. Why? Because, for many, it's common knowledge that the official story from the 9/11 Commission is admittedly full of lies and false information and has fallen apart.
An excellent essay by Elizabeth Woodworth explains the principles of evidence-based medicine (EBM) and how it could be applied to an investigation into the attacks of 9/11. The effects of 9/11 are far from over as the U.S. Government has used those attacks to declare its fraudulent, endless 'War on Terror', and has shrouded itself in suspicious secrecy to keep its illicit actions covered up. There are many good reasons to investigate the attacks, and more evidence continues surfacing showing that the official story is seriously flawed and full of holes. It's important to understand the events of that day and how it has affected us.
For years the Government has claimed that public knowledge of certain things would endanger 'National Security.' That's a lie. The vast majority of those bogus claims arise due to the Government's need to keep evidence of their crimes covered up and to avoid embarrassment and accountability. The G.W. Bush administration relied heavily on 'National Security' claims to cover its ineptitude and malfeasance, and the Obama administration has picked up right where its predecessor left off.
The 9/11 Commission admitted that their final version was full of lies -- saying that "at some level of the Government, at some point in time...there was an agreement not to tell the truth," and that any real attempts at investigating the truth were blocked by George W. Bush's administration. To anyone that has investigated the attacks themselves, this is not surprising. The only thing the 9/11 Commission 'investigation' proved is that the Government lied to keep massive crimes covered up, as well as the fact that the government will not investigate itself. The implosion of World Trade Center building 7 -- which the BBC reported as collapsing twice before it actually did -- is not mentioned anywhere in the Commission's report. There have been many highly-credible people who question what happened on 9/11. People also tend to forget that Bush asked Senator Daschle to limit an investigation of the 9/11 attacks. Naturally, the Senator complied. Neither would have done that if they weren't trying to hide the truth.
We've been told that 9/11 changed everything, but it didn't: The illegal invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq were planned before G.W. Bush was illicitly appointed to the presidency by a politically corrupt Supreme Court. Iraq's oil fields were made a national security priority by Vice President Dick Cheney before 9/11. The PATRIOT Act was planned and written long before 9/11. The illegal power grabs and subversion of Democracy by the Bush administration were dreamt up long before the attacks of 9/11. Illegal spying on Americans by the Government -- spying that has continued to this day unabated -- began several months before the attacks of 9/11. In fact, illegal spying isn't being used to keep us safe. It's being used to quash political dissent and to blackmail other politicians. The list goes on and on.... 9/11 didn't change everything. The Bush administration's complicity in allowing those attacks to happen did. Illegal actions conducted by an illicitly appointed President and fraudulent elections resulted in destroying human rights, freedom, and the rule of law, virtually creating a never-ending police state.
The Project for the New American Century (PNAC) was a right-wing Neocon think-tank whose members comprised George W. Bush's administration. The PNAC dreamt of establishing a global American empire to bend the will of all nations and wrote about a new Pearl Harbor that would allow them to implement their illegal plans. Members of the PNAC ran the Pentagon, the Defense Department and the White House. Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, Richare Perle and Paul Wolfowitz were just a few of the members of the PNAC that held high positions in Bush's administration. The PNAC was co-founded by William Kristol and Robert Kagan in 1997, with roots to the 1992 Pentagon. Many of Bush's policies were based on white papers written by the PNAC. As with his presidency, most of Bush's policies were failures.

Dat klopt, staal smelt niet door kerosine... maar raad eens, staal hoeft niet te smelten om een gebouw in te laten storten.

En het bewijs voor die implosie vinden we waar? En hoe veroorzaakt men zo een implosie?
