Alert for fraude and scam in Real Estate in Alhoceima Sabadia
Buying and selling a property in Alhoceima can make you vulnerable to scams especially when your are buying or selling a property from the Bellouki investment group.
Real estate and land owners in Alhoceima whose properties have been affected by the crackdown on illegal planning are hopeful that an amnesty of the king of morocco his majesty king Mohammed IV will be given.

Nordin bellouki is a high placed member of the baladia of Alhoceima and his older brother ( abdelouahab Bellouki)Is working as a ambassador in Norway.
Land owners say that Bellouki shares real estate with corrupt officials in Alhoceima and Rabat. In Alhoceima (Sabadia) alone is estimated that this investment group where building with illegally papers. An investigation is started now in Rabat against this fraud.
