(Setanta Sports) Morocco hitman Soufiane Alloudi, who scored a hat trick against Namibia on Monday, might not play again in Ghana.
Al Ain attacker Alloudi scored a double in four minutes and a second before half time, but was violently tackled by a frustrated defender after the interval and had to leave the pitch on a strecher.
The prolific Moroccan is already out for Thursday's clash with Guinea and could return to the United Arab Emirates earlier than expected.
"We will not have him for the next game and for sure neither for the next clashes," manager Henri Michel said.
Atlas' Lions will have to find an alternative solution in attack alongside Bordeaux ace Marouane Chamakh.
