Assalaam 'Aleykum,
Voor degenen die een offer gaan maken morgen, voor hen is het niet toegestaan de nagels te knippen of het haar te knippen. (Aangezien het morgen eid is, kan het zo zijn dat velen dit vandaag gaan doen, wa Allahu A'lam)
Shaykh ‘Abd al-‘Azeez ibn Baaz (may Allaah have mercy on him) said: Whoever wants to offer a sacrifice should not remove anything from his hair, nails or skin once Dhu’l-Hijjah begins, until after he has offered his sacrifice, because the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) forbade that. It was narrated from Umm Salamah that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “When the first ten days (of Dhu’l-Hijjah) have begun, if any one of you wants to offer a sacrifice, he should not touch (i.e., remove anything from) his hair or skin.” Narrated by Muslim

Degenen die wel mogen knippen/scheren/etc zijn de familieleden van degene die gaat slachten. Shaykh Ibn Baaz (may Allaah have mercy on him) said: With regard to the family of the one who is going to offer the sacrifice, they are not subject to any obligations, and it is not forbidden for them to remove anything from their hair or nails, according to the sounder of the two scholarly views. Rather the ruling applies only to the one who is going to offer the sacrifice, the one who has bought the sacrificial animal from his own wealth. Fataawa Islamiyyah, 2/316.
