Assalaam alaikoem wa rahmatullahi,

Wat behoort men te doen in de volgende situatie, ik hoor namelijk verschillende meningen hierover.

Men heeft Zhohr nog niet gebeden, maar wanneer men de moskee binnenkomt zijn ze al begonnen met Asr gebed, moet je aansluiten en Zhohr daarna doen of moet je met hun Asr bidden met de intentie dat jij Zhohr doet. Hoe behoort men te handelen in deze situatie ?

dhor gaat zowiezo voor 3asr dus wanneer je met 3asr binnenkomt dan bidt jij met je itenstie dat je dhor bidt ik heb alleen geeen bewijs voor je maar ik heb wel gehoord van onze imaam

Missed asr prayer and maghrib started in masjid

Question:
If a person missed asr (afternoon prayer), and when he arrived to the masjid he found maghrib (sunset prayer) has started, what should he do?

Answer:

Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taimiyya (may the mercy of Allah be upon him) said that he should pray maghrib with the imam (prayer leader), then pray asr afterwards, as agreed upon by all leading scholars. The question of does he repeat maghrib has two scholarly opinions: the first is that he repeats. This is the saying of Ibn Omar, Malik, Abi Hanifa and Ahmad in what is most well-known about this issue. The second opinion is that he does not repeat. This is the saying of Ibn Abbas, the Shafiei madhab, and the second opinion of Ahmad’s school of thought.

The latter is more correct, for Allah did not make it obligatory on the person to pray a salaat twice if he has feared Allah as much as he can (wallahu a'lam [and Allah knows best]).1

wat hier boven staat gaat over wanneer je 3asr nog niet hebt gebeden en je komt de moskee binnen en je ziet dat ze maghrib bidden dat is heel wat anders dan tussen dhor en 3asr wat eigenlijk de vraaag van hem was....

allaahoe alem. wanneer je thuis bidt moet je sowieso eerst de gemiste gebeden op volgorde bidden, maar hoe het met gezamelijke gebed zit allaahoe alem.

The Standing Committee was asked: what should a man do if he forgets Fajr prayer, for example, and does not remember until the iqaamah is given for Zuhr, or he forgets Zuhr and does not remember until the time for ‘Asr begins. Should he join the imam with the intention of offering the obligatory prayer that he missed or with the intention of offering the prayer that is currently due, and make up the missed prayer after that?

He replied: He should offer the prayer that he forgot behind the imam, and it does not matter if his intention is different from that of the imam, according to the sound scholarly opinion. End quote.

inderdaad bij sommige zaken zijn er meerdere meningen van ulama, dan kan je gewoon wat je het betse vind wallahu alem
