1) Believing in democracy as a religion and ideology

Allāh (ta’ālā) said:

“And whoever desires other than Islām as a dīn – never will it be accepted from him, and he, in the Hereafter, will be among the losers” (Āl ‘Imrān: 85).

2) Seeking judgment from the tāghūtī international and domestic legislations that conflict with the Sharī’ah of Allāh (subhānahu)

Allāh (ta’ālā) said:

“Have you not seen those who claim to have believed in what was revealed to you, [O Muhammad], and what was revealed before you? They wish to seek judgment from the tāghut, while they were commanded to disbelieve it; and Shaytān wishes to lead them far astray” (an-Nisā: 60).

3) Partaking in writing kufrī legislations or amendments of it in the shirkī parliament

Allāh (ta’ālā) said:

“And do not say about what your tongues assert of untruth, ‘This is lawful and this is unlawful,’ to invent falsehood about Allāh . Indeed, those who invent falsehood about Allāh will not succeed. [It is but] a brief enjoyment, and they will have a painful punishment” (an-Nahl: 116-117).

4) Alliances with tawāghīt murtadīn and cooperating with them – like their condition with the tawāghīt of Iran and others

Allāh (ta’ālā) said:

“Give tidings to the hypocrites that there is for them a painful punishment. Those who take disbelievers as allies instead of the believers. Do they seek with them honor [through power]? But indeed, honor belongs to Allāh entirely” (an-Nisā: 138-139).

5) Coordinating and seeking assistance from tawāghīt and their soldiers to fight the muwahhidīn in Wilayah Saynā and other places.

Imām Muhammad ibn ‘Abdil-Wahhāb (rahimahullāh) said:

“The eight nullifier: supporting the mushrikīn and helping them against the Muslimīn, and the evidence is the saying of His (ta’ālā), ‘And whoever is an ally to them among you – then indeed, he is [one] of them. Indeed, Allāh guides not the dhalimīn” (al-Māidah: 51).

6) Denying and negating many texts from the Book and Sunnah, and more than that, they reject whoever implements it, like establishing jizyah and fighting kuffār.

Allāh (ta’ālā) said:

“And none reject Our verses except the disbelievers” (al-‘Ankabūt: 47)

7) Viewing the rāfidah upon Islām, seeing their religion as correct, and getting close to them.

Imām Muhammad ibn ‘Abdil-Wahhāb (rahimahullāh) said:

“Whoever does not hold the mushrikīn to be kuffār, or has doubts about their kufr or considers their ways and beliefs to be correct, has committed kufr.”
