Hbiba, I don't know how to give those green points, but trust me you do not need to loose 20 kgs! I am just a few cm shorter than you! A woman shall (if she is born with them of course not if she is naturaly thin) have curves, if you want to drop a few kgs, thats usualy a common female thing but not 20 kgs. U would lose to much of that feminine touch I think:

I started doing a socalled LCHF diet, (low carb high fat) I don't ever eat rice, potatoes, pasta and bread. I don't eat sugar/candy/soda or fruits as this all turnes into glucoses(sugar) in our body. I do however get my energy from fat and proteins instead. Sounds very untraditional I know, but we need some fat to function and definatly when you eliminate carbs from your diet. Plus it keeps us full for longer.
Instead of potatoes with dinner, I'll have more meat/chicken than usual.
Lots of salades, vegetables, woks, purees etc.
Omelettes, boilded eggs, mayonaise, dressings, nuts, cheese, etc.
