Computer terug naar fabrieksinstellingen zetten?

Ben op stage en deze pc is gewoon helemaal GAME OVER.. Dus ik mag hem terug naar fabrieksinstellingen zetten.. ik heb crtrl + f11 geprobeerd.. hij pakt t niet :kweetnie: en cd's zijn er niet.. someone help me :( het is btw een dell computer

Dat je het even weet. Systeemherstel zet hem terug naar een eerder tijdstip; niet naar de fabrieksinstellingen. Meestal blijven de bestanden er dan op. Als je teruggaat naar de fabrieksinstellingen wordt Windows er helemaal opnieuw opgezet en ben je wel alles kwijt. Als niemand weet hoe dat moet zou je het kunnen vragen op helpmij.nl of bij de Dell helpdesk. Bij acers moet je F10 herhaaldelijk indrukken - meteen na het aanzetten van de PC - totdat je een herinstallatie-menu ziet.

Als de PC aangaat, kun je op F5 ofzo klikken, staat er precies uitgelegd. Moet je gewoon wat langer ingedrukt houden. Je kan dan ook kiezen of je de bestanden houdt of niet. Houd als je ze wilt behouden een lege CD/DVD bij de hand, een extern geheugen mag ook.
