A psychologist discovery about the effect of reading the Quran

A psychologist from Netherlands, Professor Van der Hoven, announced his discovery about the effect of reading the Quran and repeating the word ALLAH both on patients and on normal persons. The Dutch professor confirms his discovery with studies and research applied on many patients over a period of three years. Some of his patients were non-Muslims, others do not speak Arabic and were trained to pronounce the word "ALLAH" clearly; the result was great, particularly on those who suffer from dejection and tension. Al Watan, a Saudi daily reported that the psychologist was quoted to say that Muslims who can read Arabic and who read the Quran regularly can protect themselves from psychological diseases. The psychologist explained how each letter in the word "ALLAH" affects healing of psychological diseases. He pointed out in his research that pronouncing the first letter in the word "ALLAH" which is the letter (A), released from the respiratory system, controls breathing. He added that pronouncing the velar consonant (L) in the Arabic way, with the tongue touching slightly the upper part of the jaw producing a short pause and then repeating the same pause constantly, relaxes the aspiration. Also, pronouncing the last letter, which is the letter (H) makes a contact between the lungs and the heart and in turn this contact controls the heartbeat. What is exciting in the study is that this psychologist is a non-Muslim, but interested in Islamic sciences and searching for the secrets of the Holy Quran. Aangezien zoeken op 'psychologist Professor "van der Hoven"' in Google alleen hits geeft van Islam sites waar dit verhaal wordt gequote, en 'psycholoog Professor "van der Hoven"' maar 1 hit geeft waar het niet over een Professor van der Hoven gaat denk ik dat je een mooi broodje aap verhaal hebt opgedoken. Edit: Is zowieso geen "Professor van der Hoven" te vinden in Nederland.

ken wel een onderzoek dat mensen die sowieso religieus van zichzelf zijn en een bij hen behorend religieus geschrift doorbladeren wel allemaal een zeker reactie in hun hersens krijgen dat een rustgevende werking heeft... maar volgens mij zit ik nu de atheisten te helpen die het met marx eens zijn dat religie een opium is voor het volk... oeps

Nee, een nederlandse psycholoog die iets zegt over de Islam, dat heeft pas waarde! Ga eens reciteren op het woord NAASTENLIEFDE, of NEDERIGHEID, of BELANGENLOOS handelen! "'s kijken wat voor invloed dat op je heeft; altijd maar die kreten van wat een ander zegt, of wat in mijn boekje staat; bedenk zelf eens wat! Mag hoor, van ALLANG! Nederigheid, naastenliefde en belangenloosheid....er is één volk dat deze woorden niet kent, laat staan de overeenkomstge daden....Uiteindelijk ook een vorm van religie die je materieel gezien veel opbrengt, op de rug van anderen.
