Size parameters: Portfolio size ***** Netherlands approx. € 560 million Positioning: 1. Staff position; reporting to Financial Controller (FC) Key Result Areas: (among others) 2. Maintain day to day bookkeeping of the Dutch legal entities: a. Debtors, creditors, banks etc b. Revenues c. VAT returns 3. Month-, quarter- and year-end closing according to local GAAP and IFRS 4. Observe, control, monitor processes and procedures and keep them updated 5. Supporting FC with developing and executing policies on financial administration, budget planning, tax, corporate planning 6. Providing accurate, complete and up to date financial information and rapports 7. Assisting FC with various projects e.g. finance / investments / tax / establishing appropriate level of controls 8. Preparing financial projections 9. Preparing budgets and management accounts 10. Sharing knowledge with and support of the FC and REA (Financial Controller and Real Estate Administrator) 11. Further improve the level of control Key Performance Indicators: (among others) 1. Quality of financial analyses and management rapports (Q-closings) 2. Quality of processes and procedures 3. Quality of financial projections and budget control 4. Quality of bringing knowledge to higher level by sharing and update these Qualifications: 1. Relevant Bachelor/Master degree with experience in area of investments, finance, accounting and tax, (business administration) for at least 2 years; 2. Working experience within accounting / bookkeeping area 3. Experience with ERP systems (preferably with CODA/ ARGUS) 4. Preferably working experience within GAAP 5. Preferably knowledge of IFRS 6.
