Palestijnen vragen altijd om buitenlandse hulp maar omdat de amerikanen zich als "Supermacht" gedragen zouden dit conflictje toch wel kunnen oplossen. Amerikanen hebben weinig te zeggen als het om dit conflict gaat, dat weet ie ook hel goed. Het is slechts een gebaar om duidelijk te maken dat de palestijnen vrede willen.

Nou, ik vind Elberfeld zijn conclusie scherp, heel scherp. En die sluit aan bij deskundigen die zeggen dat geen enkele moslimstaat de Palestijnen te hulp komt omdat zij geen belang hebben bij de oprichting van een Palestijnse staat. En dat zijn niet alleen Israelische deskundigen. Zoals de Armeniers en de Koerden geen eigen staat krijgen, krijgen de Palestijnen die ook niet.
